Amos'n 'Andy was an American sitcom for radio and television set in Harlem, New York City's historic hub of Afro-American society. Freeman Gosden and Charles Correll played Amos Jones and Andrew Hogg Brown, as well as incidental characters, produced, wrote and voiced the original radio program, which lasted from 1928 to 1960.
